What Is BIM Modelling?
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a collaborative digital process in which the design, construction, and operational data of a building or infrastructure asset is held and managed in a single, coordinated 3D model. In the UAE, BIM adoption is mandated by Dubai Municipality for projects above defined thresholds and strongly encouraged with defined information requirements across Abu Dhabi government and infrastructure programmes. Vigo Burj delivers BIM modelling services conforming to ISO 19650 (Information Management Using BIM) and the UAE National BIM Programme (NBP) framework. We produce Revit models from LOD 100 (concept massing) through LOD 400 (fabrication-level detail), including full coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines with Navisworks clash detection reports.
